All missile weapons must be loaded before firing; this action is in addition to preparing the weapon.  Slings, bows, and spear throwers
take one pulse to reload, crossbows take 2 pulses to reload, and repeating crossbows can shoot 1 quarrels per pulse for 9 pulses and
then take 3 pulses to reload.  Crossbow loaded using a cranequin take three pulses to load.  At rank 4 an arrow, sling shot, or razor disk
launcher may be fired each pulse, it may be fired twice in a pulse at rank 8. At rank 4 a crossbow may be fired every other pulse.  If the
character then acquires multiple strike he or she may fire or launch 2 arrows or stones per pulse. At full rank a character may fire 2 arrows,
sling shots or razors in a pulse and may fire a crossbow every pulse.
