Bounce rush: If anyone attempts to enter your square (such as with a grapple, charge or shield rush) you get your normal attack but they must also overcome you in a contested Brute Strength check (You roll under 3 X PS while they do the same, first one to fail either blocks the charge or it succeeds.)
Dinner resistance: When hit by a creature with a bite, you may sacrifice your shield to prevent the attack from working (you jam it between the creature’s teeth). You may later recover the shield (or it’s digested pieces) assuming you kill the monster.
Duck and leg slash: With this maneuver you duck down and hold your shield horizontally while swinging your sword beneath it. This allows you to cover both yourself and your attack with the shield making the strike more difficult to defend against. Your first attack does no damage, but the second attack ignores any defense give by an opponent’s shield. Rush, smash and slash: This attack allows you to shield rush and then hit your opponent twice with your weapon with no additional penalties other then -10% for multiple striking.
Sacrifice Shield: When attacked you may declare that you sacrifice your shield. If the attack hits, resolve that damage against the shield using the standard rules for damaging an object. If enough damage is done your shield is destroyed.
Shield Duck: You may roll under 3 X MD to move your shield in the way of thrown or missile weapons.
Shield slash: You may attack with the edges of your shield as if it were a slashing weapon. Your calculated base chance is 56% + Mod. MD + 4 per rank as a master. The damage you shield does is D +3 (+1 damage for every 3 points of PS above 12). This move is usually done when you have lost your weapon and decide to forgo picking it up.
Weapon Breaker: You place your shield low across the path of your opponent’s weapon then strike their weapon with your weapon, thus granting additional leverage for a sundering attack. When you successfully parry you may opt to try and break your opponent’s weapon by roll under 3 X your PS. If you fail you must pass the next pulse. Look on the bright side, your opponent still lost his weapon as well.
Extra Attack: You may make an additional attack with your weapon.
