This school focuses more upon the
secretive and hidden abilities of a
monk.  They are as much interested in
stealth and sudden disappearances as
fighting.  Their training emphasizes
that there is as much to be gained in
letting an opponent or two live to
spread your reputation as there is to
killing them all.   
  Monks in this school add 7% to their
defense per rank, and 2% to magic
resistance   per rank.  They add 4% to
attacks with their hands and feet per
rank. Special abilities are gained with
each rank.
Rank 1: Gains talent of resist pain, +1 damage with hand & feet, +1 IV with hands & feet.

Rank 2: Extra attack with hands & feet, Touch of pain Hit causes intense pain in opponent for 3 turns:  -15%
strike, -10% defense, -4 IV, enough damage must be done to go through armor.  No actual damage is done
from this attack, just the intense pain it causes.  

Rank 3: +2 damage with hands & feet, +3 IV with hands and feet, perform Cobra Strike: counts as two attacks
and opponent is staggered with this attack taking double damage and dropping weapons unless they roll
under MD + WP, opponent  must  pass next turn to regain breathe. Natural armor = 4.

Rank 4: Prone fighting: monk may fight the with the same defense while on the ground as on feet.   Monk
may throw up to five darts per pulse.  These may be coated with a variety of poisons manufactured in the
monastery. (See below for poisons)

Rank 5: Extra attacks with hands & feet, +1 damage with hands & feet, +2 damage with throwing darts and
the range is doubled, Monk may spray blinding mist from mouth at a range of two hexes, counts as two
attacks with hands, opponent will be blinded for D +4 turns, +2 to IV with hands & feet. Resistant to natural
poisons, 3 X EN.  Natural armor = 6

Rank 6: Power of Thought suggestion: Monk may suggest simple actions to opponent within eye contact at 3
X WP + 4% per rank - Opponent’s WP, command words may be no more than three words,  immune to
control and mind influencing spells.

Rank 7: +1 damage with hands & feet, extra attack with hands & feet. +3IV with hands & feet. Resistant to
artificial poisons, 3 X EN.

Rank 8: Perform Sandman: This ability allows the monk to use a number of different dust to work into the trick
of his/her trade. The monk need only hit with these attacks,   he does no real damage with hands.  (See
below for details) Immune to poison.

Rank 9: +1 damage with hands & feet, extra attack with hands & feet, Python punch: damage is tripled,
counts as three attacks,  -30 to hit opponents.

Rank 10: Perform Touch of Death: counts as three attacks -10 to hit, but if damage penetrates armor the
opponent dies of a sudden heart attack.
