Dervishes are warriors of the wind, and their reckless combat style embodies the fury of the storm. Dervishes believe their fighting abilities come from refined and purified passion, not the raw untamed passion of a berserker. Dervishes will not get drunk or use drugs, they will not frequent courtesans or gambling halls. While not as well dressed as a Cavalier, they will not wear soiled or bloodied clothing in public. Dervishes tend to wear chainmail or mesh armor, and never wear plate armor. Some have compared their fighting style similar to that of the Dancing Knife, but Dervishes uses single handed swords and never use a shield. Dervishes gain the following bonuses per rank.
+2% per rank with primary weapon, +1 IV & TMR at rank 3, 5, 7, & 9

Rank 2: Dervish may multiple strike with both weapons with no additional penalties to base chance, or he may use one sword as a main-gauche and add 3% on to defense per rank of the sword. This only applies to melee attacks.
Rank 4: Deflect thrown and ranged weapons by rolling under ½ of base chance.
Rank 5: Extra attack with both weapons for a total of 6 attacks in one pulse. Ride the wind, the Dervish is able to leap up to 20 feet upwards and backwards, or 40 feet forward at the cost of 1 FT. Immune to electrical based attacks and wind based attacks.
Rank 7: Spinning charge, may strike anyone they pass by once with their sword, if he or she wins IV the defender may not strike back. The Dervish may move full TMR while executing this attack.
Rank 9: Feather fall, the Dervish may fall any distance and land safely if they roll under 4 X AG. This ability cost 2 FT. Gust of wind, the wind propels the Dervish upwards whenever they attempt to climb. At the cost of 2 FT the Dervish has double his or her normal ground TMR when climbing and may climb any surface. The Dervish is also able to climb silently and need not roll for stealth.
Rank 10: Whirlwind attack, total of 12 attacks, (6 with each sword) but only doing half damage with the swords. These attacks may be made against an opponent in any adjacent hex. While executing this form of attack the Dervish is immune to normal projectiles, but may still be harmed by magical ones. The Dervish still has the opportunity to deflect a ranged attack if it is made through the front hexes.
