cats in their morphology. They are strong willed and clever, and
quick and tenacious in a fight.  Frey possess a natural curiosity and
or control, but by the desire to explore and make new discoveries.
Frey are very independent and rarely ever join a large community or
group. They prefer smaller groups where there is a shared sense of
power and responsibility. Frey tend to be defiant and many have lost
their lives or become wanted outlaws for their quarrels with authority.
Frey are about the size of a Halfling and look very much like a house
cat except for longer ears and front paws with opposable thumbs.
Although small, frey can be dangerous fighters because of their
agility.  They prefer to wear light armor and favor the mesh used by
acrobats. Frey live about 180 years.

1. Frey can see as a human does on a partially sunny day.   They
may see 400 under an open sky, and 200 underground.
2. Frey may use one weapon at ½ the required exp. cost.
3. Frey are capable of hiding themselves when there is adequate
cover so as to be nearly undetectable.  They are as difficult to detect
as a rank 6 thief, and as difficult to detect as a rank 8 thief if traveling
alone.
4. Frey are prohibited from using any sword that is longer than their
own height as well as any pole weapon that is greater than five feet
in length. They may use short bows or crossbows, but none of the
other bows.
5. Frey may fall or drop 4 times the normal distance without injury.
They may fall up to 40 feet without a roll on AG.

Stinging strike: Frey have a special ability to determine a
vulnerable point on an opponent.  -20% to strike and -3 to damage
but if the hit successfully hurts an opponent they  make one less
attack the following pulse and automatically lose initiative.
