Aquarians are a sea going race that look very similar to humans, but tend to
be slightly taller.  It is thought by most sages that aquarians dwell in some
underwater city deep beneath the surface. Because of the lack of contact
with most land dwelling race little is known about the species as a whole.  
They are know to associate with sea elves, but little other is known than
that.  Aquarians often pretend to be humans while they work on humans
ships and in port cities.  It is known that aquarians hate saughins and wage
war with them deep below the surface.  Humans who have angered
aquarians often find their ships sunk in the home ports or destroyed at sea.  
Although they are capable of living normal lives on the land most aquarians
do not stray far from the ocean.  Aquarians live about a 1000 years.
AQUARIAN
1. Aquarians can see and breath underwater.
2. Aquarians receive one weapon at ½ the required exp. points.
3. Aquarians receive Navigator at ½ the required exp. points.
4. Aquarians receive Troubadour at ½ the required exp. points.
5.  Aquarians begin life with rank 10 swimming and may not count this skill toward adventurer or  hero. While in the water
the TMR and the PS of an Aquarian is doubled.
6. Aquarians regenerate one EN or FT every pulse while in the water.  Any water will suffice as long as it is not stagnate.
7. After leaving water the effects of having PS doubled remains for twelve hours.
8. Aquarians may not be fire or earth mages, but receive +10% as water mages.
9. Aquarians subtract 15% from magic resistance against fire bases attacks.
10. Aquarians may communicate with sea mammals as the spell in the College of Water Magics.
11. Aquarians have night-vision which allows them to see 300 feet in the dark.
12. Aquarians receive one roll on the bogey table.
