Each modifier is added to the strike chance of the attacker in
each instance where it applies; all modifiers are cumulative.
Please note that training is some skills will overrule ordinary
circumstances or limitations described on this chart

1. Persons struck by opponents twice or more their height must
roll under 3 x PS to remain standing, or will be knocked prone
and must roll under 3 X MD to maintain hand held items
